How do you smash the fear? 

When we are born, we are born with two natural fears: 1. the fear of noise and 2. the fear of being dropped.

Over time when we start out in the world and we get experience our under belts, more an more fear starts to build up. Of course, the natural fear of standing a tiger eye to eye is not a good idea and to feel fear then is very normal.

How do you smash the fear?

Other fears which are not needed as they hinder us from progressing and succeeding can be smashed. A lot of people are afraid of success because it can mean that some people will be jealous of them and they might lose some friends. Some people might not want you to succeed. I read a book not that long ago called: Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway by Ph.D, Susan Jeffers

We fear the unknown as we want certainty and any uncertainty gives us fear and we say: “But what if…? What if you succeed?

The only way of overcoming fear is actually doing it. It is about doing it often enough, repeating the process until you are not afraid of a certain situation, you develop a pattern of strength and you beat that little nagging voice inside you holding you back from achieving more in life as you have great potential. The potential is not always visible but your unconscious mind knows what you are capable of and it is more than you can see.
