These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by ElevatEd Minds – Transform2Perform, operated by Cornelia Starke.

By accessing this website, purchasing a course, or participating in any programme or session, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us before participating in any services.

  1. Services Provided

ElevatEd Minds – Transform2Perform provides educational and professional development services including:

  • Leadership training and workshops
  • Executive coaching
  • Mentoring and personal development sessions
  • Online courses (live and recorded)
  • CPD-style leadership programmes
  • Digital products such as e-books, templates and learning materials

All services are educational and developmental in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Services begin on the date of the first session or when access to course materials is provided.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase services from this website.

By purchasing or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.
  • You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
  1. Format of Sessions

Sessions may be delivered through:

  • Online video calls
  • Telephone sessions
  • In-person sessions where agreed
  • Online course platforms or digital learning environments

The length, number, and format of sessions will be agreed in advance and confirmed by email or written correspondence.

A separate contract of agreement will be sent to the client and participants for personal mentoring sessions.

Where no specific number of sessions is agreed, sessions may be arranged on a session-by-session basis.

  1. Booking and Scheduling

The date and time of the first session and any subsequent sessions will be agreed between ElevatEd Minds – Transform2Perform and the client and confirmed via email.

If a client needs to reschedule a session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session may be forfeited.

In exceptional circumstances, ElevatEd Minds may need to rearrange a session. Where possible, at least 48 hours’ notice will also be given.

Where sessions are purchased in advance, they must be used within six months of the purchase date, otherwise the session may be forfeited.

  1. Payments

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your purchase.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made via:

  • Debit or credit card
  • Stripe
  • Bank transfer or standing order (where agreed)

Payments are typically required in advance of sessions or programmes, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices and receipts can be provided upon request.

ElevatEd Minds – Transform2Perform reserves the right not to deliver services where payment has not been received.

Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

  • The first instalment is due at enrolment
  • Remaining instalments will be charged on agreed dates
  • The total amount payable may be higher than the lump sum price

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of access to course materials
  • Removal from live sessions
  • Withholding of CPD certification

Payment plans are not subscriptions. They are committed to paying the full programme fee in agreed instalments.

Late Payments

If payment fails or is not received on time:

  • You will be notified
  • Access to services may be temporarily suspended
  • An administrative fee of 2.5% may apply
  • Continued non-payment may result in debt recovery procedures
  1. Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, digital downloads are non-refundable.

Online Courses

Under UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, by accessing course materials immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and you may waive your right to cancel.

Refunds after course access has been granted are at our discretion.

Mentoring and Consulting

Deposits and program payments are non-refundable once service has begun.

If a client cancels:

  • 7 or more days’ notice: sessions may be rescheduled
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: the session may be forfeited
  1. Between Sessions

Clients may receive exercises or reflection tasks to complete between sessions.

Completion of these tasks is voluntary but may support progress and outcomes.

Clients may contact ElevatEd Minds between sessions for clarification or administrative purposes.

Additional coaching or support outside scheduled sessions may incur additional charges. Any such charges will always be communicated and agreed in advance.

  1. Confidentiality

Personal and business information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except:

  • where required by law
  • where there is a risk of harm to the client or others
  • where professional medical support may be necessary

In group programmes, confidentiality of other participants cannot be guaranteed.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through ElevatEd Minds* remain the intellectual property of Cornelia Starke. ElevatEd Minds – Transform2Perform is TM.

This includes:

  • course materials
  • leadership frameworks
  • teaching content
  • presentations and worksheets
  • digital resources
  • recorded sessions
  • brand names including ElevatEd Minds* and ElevatEd Reads

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

Sharing login details or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

  1. Responsibilities

ElevatEd Minds* aims to support clients in improving their personal development, leadership capacity, and professional outcomes.

However, clients remain fully responsible for:

  • their decisions
  • their actions
  • how they implement learning or insights gained from sessions

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes such as financial success, career progression, or personal results.

  1. Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • behave respectfully
  • maintain integrity and professionalism
  • take responsibility for their personal development
  • contribute to a psychologically and emotionally safe learning environment

ElevatEd Minds* reserves the right to remove individuals from programs if their behaviour undermines the safety or integrity of the learning environment.

  1. Termination of Services

In exceptional circumstances, ElevatEd Minds* may terminate services early. This may include situations involving:

  • inappropriate or abusive behaviour
  • conflict of interest
  • illness or unforeseen circumstances
  • inability to continue providing services

Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.

Any payments made for sessions not yet delivered may be refunded.

  1. Changes to Terms

ElevatEd Minds* reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be published on this website.

Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Feedback

Feedback is always welcome and helps us continuously improve our services.
